About Me

I’ve always been interested in health and well-being, as my grandfather is a healer and my mother a professional therapist, but my introduction to Tui Na started just after I had left school. Due to a lack of direction, I was not in the best place. I started seeing a therapist who uses Chinese medicine in her treatments and with her help was able to get myself back to feeling really good. Going to the gym and practising yoga also had their part to play, and are still important to me to help me keep myself fit and healthy.
