GETTING INTO YOUR HEART SPACE
The heart space is such an important place to be aware of. When you are in your heart space, you feel connected and aligned with yourself, while being out of it can make you feel disconnected and out of sync. This disconnection can manifest in many ways; as stress, confusion, or even just a sense of restlessness and inner turmoil. Returning to your heart space allows you to centre yourself, fostering a sense of harmony and balance that is crucial for emotional and spiritual well-being.
So, what is the ’heart space’? The heart space is a place within yourself. It’s that place where all the outside noises of other people’s opinions and expectations are silent and all there is, is you, and what you feel – the still and unbiased you.
What I mean by unbiased is not that you don’t have preferences or biases, but that you view yourself from a lens of truth. You become quiet with yourself and feel what is important to you:
. Why do you do the things you are currently doing?
. Do those things align with what you want in life?
. If not, what do you want them to align to?
. If they do, then be still within the happiness that you are on the path that you chose, and feels right to you.
This is what it is to be in your heart space. It is about being at true peace with who you are and knowing wherever you move forward to, you’re good with it because it feels right.
When you consistently operate from your heart space, you cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and clarity. This alignment with your true self not only reduces stress and anxiety, but also enhances your ability to make decisions that are in line with your authentic desires.
Life becomes less about external validation and more about internal fulfilment.
